Viewings packages are available for an additional fee for those who do not wish to conduct their own viewings.
4. We negotiate a great price for your property

We will verify the financial status of your buyer to ensure their offer is valid. Once verified, we will negotiate the best price for your property – updating you with our progress every step of the journey.
The decision whether to accept or reject the offer is yours to make, but we are here to advise.
5. Working with you all the way to completion
We are available 7 days a week to progress your sale.
We will ensure that both you and your buyer have instructed a solicitor or conveyancer and issue a memorandum of sale. We are here to help with any further queries you may have to ensure a smooth journey through to completion.
