As we do not require expensive high street shops, nor do we invest in expensive and ineffective advertising in the local press – these savings can be passed down to our customers in the prices that we charge.
While the Simplymoov brand may be fresh to the property market, its founding members are not.
Until recently, several members of our team operated a successful franchise of a nationwide online estate agency brand in the Hull and East Yorkshire region.
Our team is young and vibrant, with several members arriving from a background in digital marketing – allowing us to give your property the online exposure it deserves!
A high street agent will typically charge a percentage of the final sale price of your property. If your property sells for a higher price, they receive a higher fee. This fee is typically between 1% and 2%.
At Simplymoov, we believe in charging a low cost fixed fee – regardless of the sale price of your house.
In 2015, the average price of a UK home is £195,000 and the average high street estate agent fee is 1.5%. Using this information, the average homeowner could save over £2,800 by selling their property with Simplymoov rather than a standard high street agent. While our prices are significantly lower than a high street estate agent, the service we offer is incredibly similar.
When you choose to sell your property, you'll receive a visit from one of our local agents who will provide an expert valuation, write a professional description of its key selling points and erect a 'For Sale' board.
Depending on the package you choose we will also provide you with professional photographs and a floorplan showcasing the layout of your property.
We will create a listing for your property, which will appear on all of the largest and busiest portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation and 15 other portals to give your property full national market exposure. Your property will be exposed to an average of 9 million potential buyers each month.
You'll receive your own dedicated account manager who will arrange your viewings, progress your sale and handle negotiations with buyers on your behalf. We also offer several viewings packages, should you wish for us to show viewers around your property on your behalf.
