Visual identity, website and graphics for a
new online estate agency.
Background
Based in East Yorkshire, Simplymoov offered online estate agency services focusing on a single geographic area.
The company wished to operate a 3 month market trial to establish whether the upfront cost model associated with nationwide players - such as Tepilo, and Purple Bricks - could be sustained in a single local operating area.
Objectives
We were asked to design:

- - Letterheads, business cards and brochures
- - PPC marketing campaign assets
- - For sale / To let boards
- - Flyers
Outcome
The work was delivered in under 6 weeks - from conception through to completion.
Press releases created by our team were featured in many local publications.
Launch campaigns were successful in lead generation, with an average lead cost of £6 and overall acquisition cost of £22 .
